Terms
Before submitting your request, please review our cancellation policy:
1️⃣Our 4-weekly cleaning service requires a minimum of 12 cleans (13 cleans per year) as per our Terms of Service.
2️⃣ You may cancel your contract early, but an early cancellation fee of £12.49 per bin applies if you have not completed the minimum contract period.
3️⃣ 7 days’ notice is required for cancellations. If you are due for a clean within the next 7 days, please be aware that we may not be able to cancel this upcoming service.
